what we are not.
We provide valuation, transaction support, strategy, finance-function and modelling work. We do not raise capital, we do not introduce investors, and we do not give financial product advice.
Those services require licensing, and we would rather tell you plainly where our scope ends than blur the line. Where an engagement needs a licensed adviser, we will say so and work alongside yours.
Our transaction work is analytical support through a deal — diligence, modelling and integration. It is not investment banking or deal origination.
